Dear Friends,
My name is Beary B. Green, and as the official Ambassador of Green, I am happy to announce that Lindamood-Bell is Greening our Learning Scene!
I decided to form a Green Team at each Learning Center to help implement the innovative ways in which we can reduce our impact on the environment. By incorporating these ideas and communicating them throughout our community, we can make a healthy and happy world for the children of tomorrow.
I'm pleased to report that our Greening will begin with the following elements:
1. Naturally-derived cleaning products
2. Printing our materials on recycled paper
3. Recycle bins in every department and at every desk
4. Video Conferencing to reduce travel
5. Recycled bathroom and kitchen paper products
6. Replacing water coolers with tap water filters
7. Replacing incandescent light bulbs with Compact Fluorescent Lights (CFL's)

8.Adorning desks with a plant, therefore improving Center air quality
10. Only eating honey that is locally harvested
